Welcome to csglow.org (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Website”). csglow.org is operated by NEXLIFY EL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17129407, with its registered office at 77 Fulham Palace Road, London, United Kingdom, W6 8AF.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) in full. Please read them carefully before using the services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access, use the Website, make purchases, or request payouts.

You may be required to complete identity verification procedures, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and age verification checks, as required by applicable laws, payment providers, or risk management obligations.

You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, transaction cancellation, and reporting to relevant authorities.

By using the Website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

If you use the Website on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.

Jurisdiction Restrictions

Services are offered globally, except in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, regulatory prohibitions, or high-risk classifications.

Certain jurisdictions may require enhanced due diligence or additional verification before access to services is granted. By using the Website, you confirm that your local laws permit participation.

2. Description of Services

csglow.org operates as a digital platform facilitating the acquisition and resale of Dota 2 virtual items, including skins and in-game assets delivered via Steam trade offers or equivalent mechanisms.

We do not create, own, modify, or control any virtual items. All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners, including Valve Corporation.

Our role is limited to facilitating access to digital items, processing transactions, and coordinating delivery. Items may be sourced from third-party providers or external inventories at the time of purchase.

All transactions are processed securely via authorised third-party payment providers.

3. Account Registration and Security

Access to certain services requires authentication through Steam or equivalent third-party authentication systems.

You agree to:

● maintain accurate and current account information;

● safeguard your account credentials;

● accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts in cases of:

● breach of these Terms;

● fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;

● failure to complete required verification procedures.

Additional identity verification may be required for withdrawals, high-value transactions, or risk-based triggers.

4. Orders, Payments, and Transactions

By placing an order, you agree to pay the full purchase price displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes, fees, and charges.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other authorised payment gateways.

All payments are processed by third-party providers in compliance with PCI DSS standards. NEXLIFY EL LTD does not store, hold, or process full payment card details.

The use of stolen, unauthorised, or compromised payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in:

● transaction cancellation;

● account suspension;

● reporting to law enforcement authorities.

We reserve the right to:

● refuse, suspend, or cancel transactions;

● reverse payments where required;

● conduct additional verification checks;

● block transactions based on fraud risk, compliance requirements, or technical issues.

Processing times depend on financial institutions and payment networks and are not guaranteed.

All transactions conducted via Visa or Mastercard are subject to their respective scheme rules. Display of logos does not imply endorsement or partnership.

5. Delivery of Items

Upon successful payment confirmation, purchased items will be delivered via Steam trade offer or equivalent system.

Delivery timelines:

● typically within 7 days;

● may extend up to 14 days due to technical limitations, third-party dependencies, or platform conditions.

If delivery cannot be completed as agreed, users may request:

● replacement items of equivalent value; or

● a full refund without additional charges.

User Obligations

Users must:

● provide a valid and functional Steam trade URL;

● ensure Steam Guard and Mobile Authenticator are enabled where required;

● maintain a trade-eligible account (no bans, restrictions, or holds).

We are not liable for failed delivery resulting from user-side issues, including incorrect trade details or account restrictions.

6. Selling Items and Payout Conditions

Users listing items for sale agree to the following:

Listings and Review

Items must be accurately described and placed in the correct category. Listings may be reviewed and rejected without notice if deemed non-compliant, fraudulent, or high-risk.

Inventory Handling

Items remain in the user’s inventory until sold. Users must complete item transfer exactly as instructed upon sale confirmation. Failure to comply may result in account restrictions.

Platform Fee

A 10% commission applies to all completed sales.

Payouts

Users must:

● provide accurate payout details;

● complete required KYC/verification procedures;

● use supported payment methods.

Payouts:

● are processed through authorised payment providers;

● are typically completed within 3–7 business days after successful delivery and verification;

● may be delayed due to compliance checks or processing constraints.

Limits

Minimum payout: €10 Maximum payout: €5,000 per transaction

Limits may be adjusted by the Company or its payment partners at any time.

Payout Restrictions

Payouts may be delayed, reversed, or declined due to:

● AML/KYC compliance requirements;

● fraud or suspicious activity;

● incorrect payment details;

● unsupported payment methods or jurisdictions;

● duplicate or erroneous transactions.

All transactions are subject to continuous fraud monitoring and regulatory compliance controls.

7. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

Users have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless digital content has been delivered immediately after payment.

By confirming a purchase and receiving digital items, you expressly waive this right.

Additional conditions:

● Orders may only be cancelled before payment processing;

● Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days for eligible cases;

● Delivered items are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to investigate and refuse fraudulent or abusive refund requests.

8. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

● engage in unlawful activity, including fraud or money laundering;

● provide false or misleading information;

● attempt to compromise system integrity;

● use automated tools without authorisation;

● bypass restrictions or safeguards;

● misuse payout systems or act on behalf of unverified parties.

Violations may result in account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by NEXLIFY EL LTD or its licensors.

Dota 2 and related assets are owned by Valve Corporation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

Data may be used for:

● identity verification;

● fraud prevention;

● AML compliance;

● transaction processing.

11. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not responsible for restrictions or failures imposed by third-party platforms, including Steam.

12. Indemnification and Termination

You agree to indemnify NEXLIFY EL LTD against claims arising from:

● breach of these Terms;

● regulatory violations;

● fraudulent or abusive transactions.

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

13. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
